N\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur zhurma shpesh z\u00ebvend\u00ebson arsyen dhe nxitimi err\u00ebson maturin\u00eb, Rugova mbetet simbol i nj\u00eb politike t\u00eb mendimit, t\u00eb durimit dhe t\u00eb dinjitetit njer\u00ebzor. N\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetor nuk synohet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrshkrimi i vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb dhe thohet nga ata dhe ato q\u00eb e njohen dhe e \u00e7mojn\u00eb vepren e tij kapitale n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb popullit dhe paqes, por\u00a0leximin e saj si mendim akut i filozofis\u00eb n\u00eb veprim<strong>.<\/strong>Sepse Rugova nuk ishte vet\u00ebm politikan, ai ishte nj\u00eb mendimtar q\u00eb vepronte n\u00eb histori me vet\u00ebdijen se historia \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrkohshme, nd\u00ebrsa vlerat jan\u00eb afatgjata.<\/p>\n<h3>Arkitekti moral i shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe <strong>Ontologjia e qet\u00ebsis\u00eb: Rugova si kund\u00ebrfigur\u00eb e dhun\u00ebs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shpesh thuhet se Rugova ishte \u201cpresidenti historik\u201d. Por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizim i pamjaftuesh\u00ebm. Ai ishte\u00a0arkitekti moral i shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Para se Kosova t\u00eb b\u00ebhej shtet juridik, ajo u b\u00eb shtet n\u00eb mendjen dhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj. Rugova e nd\u00ebrtoi k\u00ebt\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegje me durim, me simbolik\u00eb dhe me besim t\u00eb pal\u00ebkundur n\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn historike. Ai krijoi institucione paralele jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb sfiduar me dhun\u00eb, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar se nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri mund t\u00eb vet\u00eborganizohet edhe n\u00eb kushte shtypjeje. Shkollat, universitetet, strukturat politike, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto ishin shprehje e nj\u00eb vullneti kolektiv p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar me dinjitet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1466\">N\u00eb thelb, Rugova nd\u00ebrtoi nj\u00eb\u00a0ontologji t\u00eb qet\u00ebsis\u00eb. Dhe kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk shihet, apo di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk dallohet mir\u00eb.N\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet ku dhuna synonte t\u00eb b\u00ebhej ligj i ekzistenc\u00ebs, ai zgjodhi t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb veproj\u00eb sipas parimit se\u00a0qenia njer\u00ebzore nuk realizohet p\u00ebrmes shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb tjetrit<strong>,<\/strong> por p\u00ebrmes ruajtjes s\u00eb vetvetes. Kjo zgjedhje e tij ishte thell\u00ebsisht filozofike: nj\u00eb refuzim i logjik\u00ebs hobbesiane t\u00eb \u201cluft\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve kund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve\u201d dhe nj\u00eb afirmim i ides\u00eb se shoq\u00ebria mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet mbi\u00a0marr\u00ebveshje morale, jo vet\u00ebm mbi forc\u00eb. Natyrisht se k\u00ebsaj logjike i printe fakti se forca reale e popullit shqiptar nuk ishte e atill\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballej me nj\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb hershme, por natyrisht se asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e ksihte p\u00ebrjashtuar ket\u00eb veprim, por me koh\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb favorshme dhe ket\u00eb e b\u00ebri me stil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1790\">Rezistenca paq\u00ebsore e Rugov\u00ebs nuk ishte nj\u00eb strategji taktike e p\u00ebrkohshme, ajo ishte\u00a0nj\u00eb etik\u00eb ekzistence. Ai e kuptoi se dhuna e imponuar nga pushteti shtyp\u00ebs synonte jo vet\u00ebm trupin, por edhe shpirtin e njeriut. Duke refuzuar dhun\u00ebn, ai refuzoi ta lejonte armikun t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktonte m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e qenies s\u00eb popullit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Epistemologjia e durimit: dija si form\u00eb rezistence<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"2164\">Si dijetar i formuar n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi dhe mendim kritik, Rugova besonte se\u00a0dija \u00ebsht\u00eb forma m\u00eb e lart\u00eb e rezistenc\u00ebs afatgjat\u00eb. N\u00eb kuptimin epistemologjik, ai e shihte t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn jo si di\u00e7ka q\u00eb imponohet me forc\u00eb, por si di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet gradualisht, p\u00ebrmes argumentit, kujtes\u00ebs dhe vazhdim\u00ebsis\u00eb kulturore. Interesante se kjo qasje n\u00eb nj\u00eb rajon t\u00eb njohur tradicionalisht si fuqi baroti, zgjoj k\u00ebrsherin\u00eb e opinionit bot\u00ebror, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb symbol universal i paqes dhe besimit n\u00eb paqe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"2166\" data-end=\"2502\">Ai e dinte se pushtetet represive frik\u00ebsohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga\u00a0mendimi i organizuar\u00a0sesa nga arma e rast\u00ebsishme. Prandaj, mbrojtja e shkoll\u00ebs, e gjuh\u00ebs, e librit dhe e identitetit kulturor ishte p\u00ebr Rugov\u00ebn nj\u00eb akt po aq politik sa \u00e7do deklarat\u00eb diplomatike. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim, ai ishte i bindur se nj\u00eb popull q\u00eb mendon nuk mund t\u00eb zhduket.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Etika e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb: politika si sh\u00ebrbim, jo si sundim<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"2575\" data-end=\"2850\">Irbrahim Rugova e praktikoi politik\u00ebn si\u00a0etik\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb, jo si art t\u00eb pushtetit p\u00ebr pushtet. Ai nuk k\u00ebrkoi kurr\u00eb dominim personal, p\u00ebrkundrazi, ai u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb ishte\u00a0instrument i nj\u00eb vullneti kolektiv<strong>,<\/strong> duke e v\u00ebn\u00eb veten shpesh n\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebp\u00ebrmbajtjes dhe heshtjes. N\u00eb filozofin\u00eb morale, kjo do t\u00eb quhej\u00a0virtyt i maturis\u00eb (phronesis)\u00a0\u2013 aft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar drejt n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlikuara, pa r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb ekstrem. Rugova e dinte se fitorja e menj\u00ebhershme mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb humbje afatgjat\u00eb, dhe se kompromisi moral shpesh \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i rreziksh\u00ebm se kompromisi politik.<br \/>\nSot, nj\u00ebzet vjet pas shkuarjes s\u00eb tij n\u00eb amshim, Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb shtet. Por pyetja thelb\u00ebsore mbetet: a \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo shtet me vizionin e Rugov\u00ebs? Mungesa e tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht munges\u00eb fizike; \u00ebsht\u00eb munges\u00eb e\u00a0etik\u00ebs politike, e durimit strategjik dhe e respektit p\u00ebr mendimin ndryshe. N\u00eb diskursin e sot\u00ebm politik shpesh mungon qet\u00ebsia e Rugov\u00ebs, aft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb pritur. Ai na m\u00ebsoi se koha mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb aleate, n\u00ebse di ta lexosh historin\u00eb. Sot, kur shpesh k\u00ebrkohen zgjidhje t\u00eb shpejta p\u00ebr probleme t\u00eb thella, Rugova do t\u00eb na kujtonte se\u00a0shtetet nuk nd\u00ebrtohen me ngut, por me men\u00e7uri.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Simbolika e heshtjes: metafizika e fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb pashqiptuar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"3223\" data-end=\"3546\">Heshtja e Rugov\u00ebs nuk ishte boshll\u00ebk. Mendoj se ishte\u00a0hap\u00ebsir\u00eb ku mendimi merrte form\u00eb. N\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb t\u00eb zhurmshme, ai e shnd\u00ebrroi heshtjen n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb. Kjo e afron figur\u00ebn e tij me tradit\u00ebn filozofike t\u00eb mendimtar\u00ebve q\u00eb besonin se jo \u00e7do e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebrtitet, sepse e v\u00ebrteta e thell\u00eb shpesh k\u00ebrkon qet\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u2019u kuptuar. Shalli i tij, librat, m\u00ebnyra e t\u00eb ecurit dhe e t\u00eb folurit, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto nuk ishin rast\u00ebsi, por\u00a0shenj\u00eb e nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdijeje simbolike. Mos t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb se Rugova ishte symbolist, aq sa edhe k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebs n\u00eb mendimet e tij racionale. \u00a0Rugova e kuptonte se politika \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe teat\u00ebr i shenjave, por ai zgjodhi nj\u00eb teat\u00ebr pa patetiz\u00ebm, pa dhun\u00eb vizuale, pa ekzagjerim. Ishte simbolik dhe u b\u00eb symbol i nj\u00eb epoke.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mungesa si kategori filozofike: pse Rugova na mungon m\u00eb shum\u00eb sot<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"3899\" data-end=\"4202\">Pas nj\u00ebzet vjet\u00ebsh, mungesa e Rugov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb\u00a0m\u00eb e thell\u00eb sepse realiteti ka ndryshuar, nd\u00ebrsa nevoja p\u00ebr vlera jo. Sot, kur politika shpesh rr\u00ebshqet drejt cinizmit, Rugova na mungon si\u00a0nd\u00ebrgjegje kritike. Jo sepse ai kishte p\u00ebrgjigje p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb, por sepse dinte t\u00eb shtroj\u00eb pyetjet e duhura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-start=\"4204\" data-end=\"4442\">Jeta na m\u00ebson se mungesa nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht boshll\u00ebk, por \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0thirrje p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi. Mungesa e Rugov\u00ebs na pyet: a e kemi shnd\u00ebrruar lirin\u00eb n\u00eb vler\u00eb, apo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb instrument? A kemi nd\u00ebrtuar shtet, apo vet\u00ebm mekanizma pushteti? A jemi n\u00eb l\u00ebkuren tone identitare, apo jemi duke u tjet\u00ebrsuar?<br \/>\nT\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto pyetje dhe t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj nature do t\u00eb mund t\u2019u jepnim p\u00ebrgjigje, n\u00ebse e njohim Rugoven dhe qasjen e tij q\u00eb i themi Rugoviz\u00ebm. Akemi nevoj\u00eb ne si shoq\u00ebri p\u00ebr ket\u00eb doctrine: Po, dhe shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dhe me q\u00eb ra fjala p\u00ebr ket\u00eb qasje, mendoj se duhet ruajtur si trashegimi. Trash\u00ebgimia e Rugov\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb politike, por\u00a0detyrim etik kolektiv. Ajo k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb politika t\u00eb rikthehet te mendimi, te kultura dhe te dinjiteti njer\u00ebzor. T\u00eb jesh besnik ndaj Rugov\u00ebs nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb ta idealizosh, por ta\u00a0vazhdoj\u00eb logjik\u00ebn e tij morale\u00a0n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb reja historike. Ai na la nj\u00eb ide themelore: se shteti pa etik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb struktur\u00eb e zbraz\u00ebt, dhe se liria pa p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb kaos. Kjo ide \u00ebsht\u00eb sot m\u00eb aktuale se kurr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>V\u00ebmendje<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ibrahim Rugova nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb figur\u00eb e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0nd\u00ebrgjegje e gjall\u00eb\u00a0q\u00eb na sfidon edhe sot. N\u00eb \u00e7do kriz\u00eb politike, n\u00eb \u00e7do polarizim shoq\u00ebror, pyetja e pashmangshme \u00ebsht\u00eb:\u00a0<em data-start=\"5080\" data-end=\"5107\">\u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte Rugova?<\/em>\u00a0Jo p\u00ebr ta idealizuar, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar nga nj\u00eb mendje q\u00eb dinte ta lidhte politik\u00ebn me etik\u00ebn. Kjo promemorie \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ftes\u00eb p\u00ebr reflektim. Nj\u00ebzet vjet pas shkuarjes s\u00eb tij n\u00eb amshim, Rugova na mungon jo sepse ishte i paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsuesh\u00ebm, por sepse\u00a0vlerat q\u00eb ai mish\u00ebroi ende nuk jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb zakon. Derisa k\u00ebto vlera t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb institucionet, n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen ton\u00eb, Rugova do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm, si drit\u00eb e qet\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ibrahim Rugova mbetet\u00a0mas\u00eb e nd\u00ebrgjegjes son\u00eb kolektive. Jo ikon\u00eb e ngrir\u00eb, por kriter i gjall\u00eb. Sa her\u00eb q\u00eb politika humb dinjitetin, ai rikthehet si kujtes\u00eb.
