Dr. PRERNA SINGLA<\/strong>, a Dental Surgeon, an Entrepreneur, a Poly-linguistic Poet, Writer, Editor, Reviewer, at present living in Gurgaon (Haryana, India) and belongs to Aggarwal community.<\/p>\n

She is the founder & Editor-in-chief of Hall of Poets global community of Poets , writers and artists; and is 5th Winner of Poetry Champion of India (2016), Reul Prize nominee (2016), Amaltash Saraswati award 2017 winner for best poetry of 2017.<\/p>\n

She is the Author of \u201cCrown ofSekhmet\u201d, “The Bible of Marriage”, Guest Author of \u201cReality of Spirituality in Kalyug, Chief Editor & Author of Amazon\u2019s best selling Anthology \u201cRoses & Rhymes\u201d, Chief Editor of “Feathers” , Amazon’s No.1 Valentine’s Hot New Release “To my dear Valentine” , and the anthology \u201cMother\u201d. Guest Author of Dad\u2019s darling daughter. She has created self-styled poetry named as “Trilocution verselets\u201d, written series of flash fictions \u201cEveryday Life\u201d, \u201cLonely times\u201d, and \u201cSceptical Scalpel\u201d and is working on three fiction novels.<\/p>\n

She has also co-authored many other national and international anthologies, like, Poetic Prism (2016 & 2017) curated by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Women wisdom wit by Authorpress, Contemporary major Indian women poets, Poetry against Racism (Our poetry archive), Different truths (Anthology on world refugee day), Oh my sweetest love – A Timeless Romance, Blessings, Beyond Love, Dad\u2019s darling daughter, Diary of Unknown winter, Krishna, etc. She has been published extensively in anthologies, ezines, National & international journals like Criterion , Setu – English, Setu – Hindi and has judged various poetry contests.
\nShe has been interviewed by LaTribuna in rete (News Dalla Valle \u2013 Santa Maria a Vico), Social Tahelka, Dronacharya,Kashmir life , songsoptokk , Prabhuprasad Paduchuri and featured by Galaktika Poetike \u201cAtunis\u201d and Haraya International .<\/p>\n

IN BETWEEN THE LEACHING COLOURS!<\/p>\n

I am an artist of love
\nand I am painting
\na canvas over a canvas,
\nA colour over a colour,
\nA vision over a vision
\nAnd a scenery over a scenery
\nThinking…
\nThat maybe someday
\nI paint a perfect picture
\nBut every time I tried
\nA colour merged with another
\nA knife scrapped a brush stroke
\nA vision embedded in another
\nAnd the scenery lost its form
\n‘Twasn’t the one I had erased
\nNor the one I had planned
\nNeither the hues of the past
\nNor the ones coveted by tomorrows
\nBut somewhere in the middle
\nA blend of all.
\nWith the fragrance of fresh and old paint,
\nA scenery with the meadows in hues of the sea
\nA morning sky painted like a blue-black starry sky
\nAnd somewhere in between the leaching colours
\nWas my bleeding heart!

Through the painful womb of desires
\nI walk amid the shadows cloaked,
\nIn a silken schmatte, stained Crimson,
\nA faded oozing blood.
\nIn a howling wilderness,
\nMy feet cry at each footstep
\nOn the soil that sinks at every approach
\nAnd flora that stinks and rakes
\nyet to a womb of desires,
\nThe aura takes a pleasant place.
\nTo feel it all, on top of it
\nLays a graveyard of notions
\nwith million graves fresh as dew
\nof petty little emotions.
\nI step subtly on every leaf
\nthat dies under my covetous feet
\nand reach a place I call Triumph
\nSubduing the cranial conscience mine.
\nAnd then I count my gain and loss
\nWhat left of me was a bunch of moss
\nStripped off my courage, tethered – torn
\nBut to the world was an infant born
\nYes! I smiled and sparkled golden,
\nFragrant as the blooming roses
\nAs I quenched my burning fire
\nWith my blood in the womb of desire.<\/p>\n

INTERTWINED DELICACY<\/p>\n

Mine love, mine lord!
\nLiberate me from the shackles of myself
\nLike the free wind let me dwell
\nLike the fragrance let me flow
\nSucking the nectar of every flower
\nSoaking the warmth of every ray
\nLet me be nature, let nature be me
\nIntertwin’d delicacy
\nO solitude! mine cater-cousin thou be
\nUnravelling the secrets of beauty
\nI see with thy eyes
\nWith thou I make love
\nOn the ice capp’d peaks
\nIn the depth of the seas
\nFloating in the blue lagoons
\nWalking on the starry skies
\nLet me be divine, let divine be me
