Thoughts after reading Jeton Kelmendi

“Love finds itself everywhere” We are all searching for a meaning, trying to wander this narrow path, and maybe find it, eventually, at the end of the road, in other languages, in another time, in a different existence. But the meaning – a timeless island in eternity – is unspoken and unwritten. Kelmendi reveals us the simple truth, of finding the meaning in our selves. We are the tight fist. We are the ones who must open ourselves to discover it. We are the event creating our lives, our poem. Reading Kelmendi’s words is like floating in an unknown sphere of visions, out of space, out of time, in an unconscious myth of a cosmic reality. Like an alien in a journey, observing human emotions, thoughts, perceptions, trying to figure out what they are, what they consist of, and what is their purpose. What are our “inner roots”? Kelmendi takes us with him on this endless search. Where is our beginning, where do we end? Will humanity ever find inner freedom, love, and serenity? Will he? –
מחשבות אחרי קריאה ב”אהבה מוצאת עצמה בכל מקום” של ג’טון קלמנדי כולנו מחפשים אחרי משמעות, מנסים לשוטט בנתיב הצר הזה, ואולי למצוא אותה, בסופו של דבר, בסוף הדרך, בשפות אחרות, בזמן אחר, בקיום אחר. אבל המשמעות – כאי על-זמני בנצח – לא מדוברת ולא כתובה. קלמנדי חושף בפנינו את האמת הפשוטה, של מציאת המשמעות בתוכנו. אנחנו האגרוף הקפוץ. אנחנו אלה שצריכים לפתוח את עצמנו לגלות אותה. אנחנו האירוע היוצר את חיינו, אנחנו השירה. לקרוא את המילים של קלמנדי זה כמו לרחף בספירה לא ידועה של חזיונות, מחוץ לחלל, מחוץ לזמן, במיתוס לא מודע של מציאות קוסמית. כמו חייזר במסע, המתבונן ברגשות אנושיים, מחשבות, תפיסות, בניסיון להבין מה הן, ממה הן מורכבות ומהן מטרתן? מהם ה”שורשים הפנימיים” שלנו? קלמנדי סוחף אותנו אתו בחיפוש האינסופי הזה. איפה אנחנו מתחילים והיכן אנחנו מסתיימים? האם האנושות תמצא אי פעם חופש פנימי, אהבה ושלווה? האם הוא ימצא? – ציפי ויינר / ינואר 2023
